Pennsylvania Oscuro - 60ml NET Long Fill

Our Pennsylvania Oscuro Tobacco Leaves arrive tied in hands and bring along a wonderfully light, chocolatey tobacco scent. A little less broad than some of our other liquids, but still makes a beautiful premium, full-bodied NET e-liquid.

This particular NET pairs really well with whiskey, port, rum, cocktails and wine.

1. Add your nic shots! Choose either 4x 70/30 Nic Shots for a final 12mg, or 4x Nicotine Salts for 15mg. Either way, you'll end up with a 50/50 e-liquid.
2. If you want to top up, or just want 0mg, add Base Mix.  For 0mg, we recommend 45ml of our 70/30 base mix, but feel free to change it up with whatever ratio you love best!
3. Leave it to steep! The longer the better, but we'd recommend about a week.
4. Enjoy :)
